Strong and effective governance is more important than ever to support the work of organizations in our communities. We are reaching out to ask for your help to research and develop our 3-day Board of Directors Training course, tailored to the needs of Indigenous and non-Indigenous non-profit and charitable organizations in B.C.
Scope of Work: This project includes research and development that reflects Best Practices in operating a Board, addressing challenges and suggesting solutions, providing learning frameworks and opportunities for participants to explore. May include but is not limited to:
- Interviews
- Literature review
- Surveys
- Experiential learning
Deliverables: Following the templates that IPS will provide, deliverables are:
- Instructor Manual
- Participant Manual
- PowerPoint
- Supplementary resources and hand-outs
