This full-time position (32-40 hours per week, $35.60 – $45.78/hour) involves overseeing hiring, payroll, benefits, professional development, and HR policies for a team of 30+ staff.

Key responsibilities include enhancing workplace safety, supporting employee performance, leading recruitment, and developing culturally relevant policies. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR management experience, knowledge of Indigenous culture, and a passion for building strong teams. Preference may be given to candidates of Indigenous ancestry.
