Indigenous Perspectives Society: Centre of Excellence in Community Education (IPS) offers Recruitment and Retension of Indigenous People for all audiences. This 3.5 hour training provides an overview of best practices for recruiting and retaining Indigenous employees.
Training Outcomes:
- Establish a workplace environment where there is cultural safety and agility
- Develop an understanding of job posting language and locations that attract Indigenous people
- Utilize culturally congruent recruitment and interview processes
