This three hour seminar provides insight into understanding and healing lateral violence within Indigenous communities. Through the use of circle, group exercises and individual reflection, we explore the definition of lateral violence, contributing factors, and provide helpful frameworks and tools to build positive strategies within your organization and professional circles.

Learning outcomes include:

  • Addressing lateral violence in the workplace as an act of decolonization
  • Identifying lateral violence cycles, ways to heal from them and asserting healthy boundaries
