This 3 hour seminar examines different types of conflict and provides insight into how we can approach and navigate conflict while seeing it as an opportunity for necessary transformation. Participants will be offered practical tools and strategies to address conflict in different ways, depending on the type of conflict and situation. Ways in which conflict can be experienced as a place of possibility for transformation will be examined.
