Community Collaborative Case Management is an in-depth 2 day workshop designed for Delegated Agency staff, Designated Representatives, and Community Leaders to come together and explore tools and frameworks to work effectively in support of children and families in their communities.

  • Accurately describe the roles and responsibilities of child and family community helpers
  • Identify the ways in which community helpers collectively work with one another
  • Employ working, communication, and conflict resolution styles that enhance interpersonal relationships
