What is All My Relations Training?
All My Relations: Supporting Two-Spirit and Indigenous LGBTQI Youth* is a full-day training designed to explore the lived realities, systemic challenges, and incredible resilience of Two Spirit, Indigiqueer, and LGBTQI* youth within Indigenous communities.
Why it Matters
Indigenous 2SLGBTQI* youth often navigate the compounded impacts of colonialism, homophobia, transphobia, and racism. This course invites reflection on these intersecting systems while uplifting stories of strength, identity, pride, and cultural resurgence. Participants gain insight into the history of gender and sexual diversity in Indigenous cultures and the continued journey toward inclusion and safety.
How You’ll Learn
Participants will engage through storytelling, self-reflection, facilitated group dialogue, and a culturally rooted community circle that includes Two Spirit youth, a Two Spirit Elder, and other community members.
This course highlights practical approaches to building inclusive spaces, supporting youth, and strengthening relationships in families, communities, and service environments.

This training supports individuals and organizations in developing culturally safe and affirming practices for working with Indigenous 2SLGBTQI* youth. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of:
The intergenerational impacts of colonization on gender and sexuality
The role of cultural identity and traditional knowledge in healing
Strategies to create safer, more inclusive programs and workplaces
Supports and services available to Two Spirit and Indigiqueer youth
How to be an effective ally and advocate within one’s circle of influence

This course is ideal for youth, families, service providers, circle members, educators, and others who want to deepen their knowledge and foster inclusive, culturally informed relationships with Indigenous 2SLGBTQI* youth.
