To ensure the health and safety of our participants, staff and community, Indigenous Perspectives Society: Centre of Excellence in Community Training (IPS) commenced Work At Home (WAH) protocols in March 18, 2020. As of January 2023, there is still a COVID-19 policy in place to guide safe practices. Our staff have now returned to the office and we are once again accepting in person training requests at IPS. IPS training courses will continue to be available and accessible online. All existing COVID-19  protocols will continue to be implemented. If you are a visitor or an in person training participant coming to IPS, we ask that you do not come if you are feeling unwell. We respectfully request that visitors make an effort to wash or sanitize their hands regularly and maintain physical distancing, where possible.

If an in person delivery is planned, at IPS or an alternate venue, a final decision about whether the training will proceed will be made by the IPS facilitator up to two weeks before the scheduled delivery date. IPS appreciates your patience, cooperation and continued support.

IPS acknowledges and sincerely thanks all front line service providers who have and who are caring for and supporting others through the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
