Reporting to the Director of Practice, the Quality Assurance Advisor is responsible for coordinating the Client Concern Resolution Process (CCRP) as well as continuous quality improvement for VACFSS Programs. The QAA is accountable for ensuring that complaints and administrative reviews are in accordance with established policies and procedures under the CCRP and relevant legislation. The QAA will also conduct a number of employee and client engagement surveys with the end of improving service delivery and employee/ employer relations. The QAA is also responsible for managing the VACFSS Practicum Program, maintaining and building relationships with academic partners to provide field education. The QAA is also responsible for conducting research into policy and other practices at VACFSS.
