Role Overview: The Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, managing day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Calendar and schedule management for Leadership and Executive Director
High-level communication coordination and stakeholder liaison
Meeting coordination and minute-taking for Chief and Council
Document preparation and information management
Travel arrangements and logistics coordination
Budget support and financial tracking
Intake and referral management

Required Experience:

4 years of related experience, including 2 years at senior level
2 years in Executive Assistant role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with Indigenous communities (preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
