📍 Position Highlights:

Full-time (32-40 hours per week)
Pay: $41.42–$49.44/hour
Perks: 4-day work weeks, extended benefits, competitive wages, bonuses, and a $5000 signing bonus (with a 24-month return-of-service commitment).

About the Role:
As a Community Health/Home Care Nurse, you’ll deliver comprehensive public health and home care nursing services. You’ll develop care plans, provide direct care, support family/community health, and advocate for culturally relevant practices.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current registration with the BC College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).
1-2 years of recent public health/home care nursing experience.
Knowledge of Esquimalt/Indigenous cultures and health principles.
A valid Class 5 driver’s license and vehicle.
Preference may be given to Indigenous applicants under Section 41 of the BC Human Rights Code.
