The Opportunity: Human Resources Specialist provides a vital function in developing and managing high-quality proactive recruitment strategies for assignments within a designated recruitment portfolio. The HR Specialist creates advertising and branding
messages to attract top candidates, create a positive recruitment experience and act as a key point of contact for hiring managers.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

You are an Indigenous Human Resources Professional or Pursuing a Human Resources career
Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Three to five years’ experience in an administrative and/or human resources role
Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred
Registered Professional Recruiter designation preferred
